Chief of Police Richard Adams

Chief Richard Adams started with the Kincaid Police Department in 2000.

Chief Adams is a Certified Breath Alcohol Operator, Certified Glock Armorer, Certified Taser Instructor, Certified Radar/Lidar Instructor, Juvenile Officer and Certified FTO.

Chief Adams is the recipient of the Medal of Valor and the Police Officer's Hall of Fame.

Chief Adams is also a U.S. Navy Veteran

LT Eric Peden started with the Kincaid Police Department in 2004.

LT Peden is a Certified Firearms Instructor, Certified Taser Instructor, Certified Patrol Rifle Instructor, Certified PPCT Instructor and a Certified Glock Armorer.

LT Peden is also a U.S. Army Veteran
